Our work has shown that team synergy and high performance arise naturally and effortlessly by self expansion and insight work. When each team member is living at their best, they respond better, they communicate more consciously, they are less reactive, they extend grace to others naturally.
We help teams learn how to effectively manage their human operating systems. We leave no stone unturned, utilizing neuroscience, positive psychology, interpersonal communication, and even mindful movement techniques to create insights - awakenings we call "moksha."

Most team issues come from unseen friction – the invisible relationship dynamics that create conflict. We work with teams to uncover and heal these dynamics, to align toward their highest, noble purpose, and to learn teaming practices for even higher performance and collaboration.

We begin with an ethnographic culture assessment of the team - meaning we deeply dive into how it feels to be on the team using qualitative research techniques. We present results from our culture audit to team leads and also share with the team. We use this information to customize an immersion experience to unlock potential, resolve what's not working, build trust and collaboration, and align on strategic direction.
Our team immersion experience catalyzes momentum and ignites the human spirit. Our fusion approach combines the best of what we've learned from neuroscience, positive psychology, and leadership development with the timeless wisdom traditions found in yoga, qi-gong, and the contemplative traditions across the East.
Our team immersions are traditionally 2-3 day experiences in locations that promote inner work. Our immersions are designed to generate momentum quickly with more trust and energy, and higher performance. Our team immersions create incredibly high performing teams with high levels of trust, collaboration, and authenticity.
We finalize our team experience by integrating practices and habits (katas) into daily, weekly, and monthly rituals. We support the work with regular touch-points and follow-up reinforcements. Teams spend time planning their team cultural environment, generating collaboration plans to continue growing and evolving.
We lead transformational team retreats / intensives across the country on topics of mindfulness, employee engagement, transformational leadership, change management, authentic communication, and creating high performance teams/cultures.
Our team retreats create greater trust, connection, and harmony between team members in a fun and rejuvenating setting.

Rarely is it one person or one team that holds all the power to achieve results. When working within functions or departments, often many teams need to work together seamlessly in order to generate results. This level of FLOW requires huge amounts of trust, collaboration, and incredible communication. Often, misunderstandings, unresolved conflicts, white-elephants, power dynamics and ego-trips prevent actualization and lead to frustration and burnout.
Our Team Coaching process is designed as a coaching relationship - meaning it's more than a 2 day event. We work with intact teams and also partnering teams over an extended time to create system integration, greater network performance, and alignment.
Our process is effective and transforming to functional performance because we work in greater depth. Because we are master facilitators who understand how to hold "sacred space," we are able to hold the level interpersonal tension required for systemic issues to emerge. We listen deeply, ask the difficult questions, and facilitate empathetic, honest, and healing conversations among team members or stakeholder groups. We also provide executive coaching on a week-by-week basis in "as needed" moments before important conversations or decision-making. We do the hard work of targeting and turning around key influencers derailing progress - those that need to transform for the greater good of the team.
And, because our work is human-centered, growth-oriented, and spiritually fulfilling, we also have fun while we do it!
