Sharon Oxedine
Sharon Oxendine is a proud of First Nations woman from the Lumbee Tribe in NC with a strong background in diverse communities and strong relationships in the business community in Asheville and Western North Carolina. Sharon has lived in the WNC region for twenty-eight years and is considered a Tribe Builder. She works with her community, is providing ceremonies celebrating life, transitions and grief. Sharon was named as an Elder by her community in 2009.

With Moksha, Sharon facilitates group transformational experiences catapulting teams towards success by embracing forgiveness and racial acceptance. She leads teams through beautiful experiences that create unity and connectedness to one another and the natural world. Her public speaking and group work provides healing for individuals and teams on the deepest level. Sharon and Sheila have worked together for several years on a multicultural project called All our Relations whose mission it is to bring peace and harmony to the world. Sharon graciously accepted an offer by Moksha to share her "medicine" with the teams we serve. .

Sharon is also business development specialist with over eighteen years dedicated in the business development field and CDFI industry and twenty-eight years of non-profit experience. Sharon recently started her business Bow and Arrow Consulting. Her business is focused on consulting with small businesses and nonprofits, creating platforms to elevate women and POC in small business development and facilitating programs that create business community.
