About the event

HeartMath is a science and practice that focuses on creating personal coherence by aligning the mind and heart for optimal health and well-being. It is taught worldwide to various groups and individuals, including doctors, counselors, police officers, trauma survivors, and more. The practices involve self-regulation based on heart rate variability and can be used in daily life situations to shift from negative thought loops to positive emotions. The practices are simple, usually taking 2-7 minutes, and can become automatic habits. The course covers the neuroscience behind HeartMath, coherence, self-regulation techniques, biofeedback tools, trauma-informed approach, coherent communications, and more. Weekly journaling and practice sessions are included, and the class is limited to 35 people. Biofeedback tools are optional. Classes are not recorded for confidentiality, but weekly reminders are posted on the closed Facebook group page.

  • Connect with a supportive community of HeartMath practitioners for ongoing support and pop-up sessions.
  • Participate in weekly journaling and practice sessions for continued growth and development.
  • Optional use of biofeedback tools such as Inner Balance Biofeedback Tool for additional support (not required).
  • You will also learn to lead these practices for others - your family, co-workers, and teams.
